The Borrowdale Residents and Ratepayers Association (BRRA) is dedicated to enhancing the community’s infrastructure and improving the quality of life for residents. Our Proposed Community Projects for 2024 aim to address key areas of need within the community, focusing on safety, sustainability, and improved public services. Here’s an overview of the projects we plan to undertake:

| Bus stop Paving | Helensvale Borrowdale Road | Vehicles picking up passengers at the bus stop avoid moving off the road as there is a depression. The paving is to level the road and bus stop shelter. |
| Restrictive Signage | Helensvale Business Centre | Restrictive signage will be installed at the Helensvale Business Centre to enable enforcement of traffic and vending by laws. |
| Waste Separation Centre (WSC) | Borrowdale District Office | Approval has been granted by the Department of Works to proceed with the construction of the WSC. Siting and surveys conducted. Project ready for execution. |
| Greystone Park Clinic | Greystone Park | Listed renovations and donation of supplementary equipment. |
| Hatcliffe Poly Clinic | Hatcliffe | A list of needs has been provided by the Stratford Community seeking assistance for intervention projects at the medical facility. |
| Fencing off of Harare Drive and Liberation Legacy Way | Borrowdale | Area on the left of Liberation Legacy Way at the intersection to be fenced off to deter parking of construction vehicles and pirate taxis. To consider eco-friendly and low impact commercial activities there. |
