Proposed Community Projects for 2024

The Borrowdale Residents and Ratepayers Association (BRRA) is dedicated to enhancing the community’s infrastructure and improving the quality of life for residents. Our Proposed Community Projects for 2024 aim to address key areas of need within the community, focusing on safety, sustainability, and improved public services. Waste Separation Centre (WSC)Borrowdale District OfficeApproval has been granted by the Department of Works to proceed with the construction of the WSC. Siting and surveys conducted. Project ready for execution.
Greystone Park ClinicGreystone ParkListed renovations and donation of supplementary equipment.
Hatcliffe Poly ClinicHatcliffeA list of needs has been provided by the Stratford Community seeking assistance for intervention projects at the medical facility.
Fencing off of Harare Drive and Liberation Legacy WayBorrowdaleArea on the left of Liberation Legacy Way at the intersection to be fenced off to deter parking of construction vehicles and pirate taxis. To consider eco-friendly and low impact commercial activities there.
